Missed period positive pregnancy test re
Hi I got my last period on 27th Oct I did my Iui treatment on 11nov cycle day 16 everything goes well Dr prescribe me dydrogest 20 ecosprin 75mg and wysolone 5 mg a day and told me to did upt after 15 days when 27th Nov I missed my periods I check on 30th Nov and it came positive Dr told me to do bhcg same day and it came 856 she said it's positive and I am on my 3rd week of pregnancy now but I don't see any symptoms except having bloating and when I walk I feel tired and I am feeling normal now so is it ok that I am not having symptoms or I am little worried pls help

Fatigue and exhaustion isalsocommon during pregnancy. I would suggest tomake sure hemoglobin is ok and advise to get plenty of rest
