I have Psoriasis from last 5 years..these days the patches has increased more. Pls advise where i should go for checkup as its now mostly covered all my body

Psoriasis is a recurrent dieases and usually increases in winter the treatment depend on the extent of involvement if you have extensive psoriasis then you need to start with some oral anti psoriasis medications which you need to take till remission of the disease and maintenance treatment thereafter however all these treatment should be under dermatologist supervision. You can also show me if you wish.

Hello
If patches are increasing please check your thyroid level and you vitamin B12 and Vit D3levelz.Patches also tend to increase with stress and in diabetic individuals or overweight individuals.
You need to consult a dermatologist who can advise a good skin care and bath routine to follow.
