Poor working liver
I donot feel proper digestion in my stomach and i go through regular type constipation please suggest me what to do

TSH is high it needs attention. In constipation if stools are hard depending upon type of constipation type of stools and other medical histories appropriate stool softener main benefit you diet and lifestyle are equally important
