Poor digestion
My husband drinks every night a quarter most of the time and take gutka,smokes rarely ..since many days he is not having his diet properly..feeling weak.test done.25 oh vitamin d-6.75ng/ml,total rbc-4,mean crepuscular volume(mcv)-113,red cell distribution width(rdw-sd)-55.7,mean crepuscular hemoglobin(mch)-38,,HbA1c-6.8,average blood glucose-148,iron 206.7 ,attached lft n lipid profile..all the above are on higher side as per reference range except vitamin d which very low(deficiency:<20ng/ml)..he had alcohol continuesly at night's..sinve two days his intake was bit high..Test done in the gap of 12hrs..lft readings r very high..is it due to regular alcohol consumption or is there anything to take further action..cholesterol is also on higher side..he have lot of phlegm..plz advise the treatment N medications and why the liver readings r so high..is it to worry about it..plz advise.. Thanx

You need to gastroenterologist urgently. Alcohol causing damage to liver. Don't neglect he will land up with cirrhosis of liver ; serious condition.
