Pooping of 43 day old baby
It's been 3 days since my baby pooped. Baby is 43 days old. Baby is exclusively fed breast milk. How long is it okay for breast milk fed babies not to poop? Any remedies or solution for this? When should I visit the doctor?

It is normal in babies nit to poop for 5 to 6 days if there are no other problem regarding feeding and urine output.
You don't worry if he is active, feeding properly

And not irritable

Babies sometime pass stool in a gap of 4 to 5 days. But consistency of stool must be normal and child should not have any other problems in between.
