Poop color of baby
Hello Doctor!
Ma baby boy is one and half month old and he is having motions today 4 till now.. stool color today is normal only but little red it's not the stool which is red..stool is yellowish green but while wiping small red was there and on diaper.. doc said nothing to worry it may be coz of pressure ..bloody stools will be dark red..not lik this ..anal area also became red...is there anything to worry ..he is both on formula and breast feed..and also three days back he had his first vaccination for that today he got temperature 100 degree..fevrr.is there anything to worry
pleases suggest remedies..

May be diaper rash; blood stain likely you see.
Use zinc ointment for diaper rash.
Only breastfeeding is better than formula milk.if possible and baby feed well ; give only breastfeeding

If there is blood in stools it needs investigations
U can go for some stool tests like stool r/e
