Pompholyx erupting
I had an eruption on pompholyx on my right index finger which has now spread to all my other fingers and side of the thumb. Is there anything I can do to stop the growth

Photograph of your hand shows multiple small blisters but the diagnosis cannot be made based on this photo and limited information you have provided (though it is most likely diagnosis). I am briefly describing pompholyx for your knowledge. This is a chronic condition which comes and goes. It involves hands and feet and cause severe itchy blisters. The underlying cause is not known but flare ups are caused by irritation like frequent washing of hands, excessive sweating and stress. Pompholyx is treated with steroid creams. In severe cases steroid tablets are used for a short duration. Identifying the underlying exacerbating factors and avoiding them may help to prevent pompholyx eruptions.
