this is not a very bad report bt as u r 25 yr old so it will harm ur reproductive phase when u want to become pregnant if u take this condition very lightly. i should advice that u should take proper medication for ur current problem.u should try homoeopathy it will give u best & permanent result within few days. ur report indicate that ur right ovary have some derangement like follicles.
