Polycystic ovaries
I have done scan for ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. Impression is polycystic ovaries. Both ovaries mildly bulky in size and show multiple follicles arranged peripherally. No free fluids

Treatment would depend on whether you have any symptoms or menstrual complaints...just a sonography is not sufficient to mandate treatment for pcod
