Polycyst syndrome(PCOS)
I'm suffering from pcos as per my reports from last 2-3years. One doctor,she gave me novalac for 3months then it didn't worked for me then i changed my doctor he gave dronis 20 for 3mons and suggested to loose weight. But before this medication i was 72 now I'm 82 gained 10kgs. I went to gym and tried dieting and everything(not on regular basis) i lost weight like 2-3kgs then it stops i don't know what to do? I tired my best as I'm college going gilr my college timing is 8am-5pm I'm like hell now. I'm tired of this disease i regret that i went to doctor they gave anti pregnancy pills and i gained 10kgs. Please suggest something my current height is 5"7 and i have fat around my waist and hips most. Help!!

Hi...., Consider dietary changes. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet .. Don't severely restrict carbohydrates; instead, choose complex carbohydrates, which are high in fiber. The more fiber in a food, the more slowly it's digested and the more slowly your blood sugar levels rise.
