Today I went veg market there one person gave me vegetables I touched his hand and I found that his hand is affected with polio and that hand is too short I have heard that polio is contagious I have ate breakfast with out washing hands will I get polio

Not at all. What he is having is deformity and weakness due to polio most probably in his childhood. By the way polio spread from oral route. So there is no point in being scared.
