First of all, Dm should be under control. The sputum has to tested for Afb,and cb natt test.Sputum also should be tested for pyogenic group of organisms and culture and sensitivity. As per the report, pl treat with the appropriate drug.pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
