Pneumonia and blood infection
My dad ia suffering from pneumonia and blood infection. He just got confined for 1 week and now at home there is no change. He still cough and feels like he cant do anything because can easily get tired.

He must be taking medicine already. Also need to follow the diet protocol. Take warm or hot drinks often – hot tea , hot coffee,hot Soups, hot milk.Avoid Fried/Oily foods like –Samosa, Dosa, Pakora, Papad, Namkeens, Potato Chips , Namkeens.Avoid Hotel Food, Avoid Fast food,Hamburgers, Pizza. Do not take any COLD drinks , coldwater, ice cream, chilled food from refrigerator.Take soft foods like rice Gurrel(Khichdi), Plain daal, boiled vegetables.Avoid Chillies completely.Take plain warm water, Cocunutwater, Enerzal in warm water.Avoid Cold Milk , Meat Products ,Fried rice and noodles.Avoid Sour fruits like Citrusfruits, grapes.Avoid heavy meals, eat smallfrequent meals. Avoid Alcoholic drinks of allkinds like Beer, Wine,whisky,vodka etc.Warm saline gargles thrice daily.Steam inhalation thrice daily.Rest for 5 days
