Yes you can give him. He will be needing single dose of vaccine. Currently 13 valent and 10 valent available in India. You need to talk to your doctor one to one to understand.

Primary schedule of pneumococcal vaccine (For both PCV10 and PCV13): 3 primary doses at 6, 10, and 14 weeks with a booster at age 12 through 15 months.
