I have fissure issue. I have tried so many medicine and antibiotics also. I heard about Pilex and Pilex forte. Which one is good for fissure pain and swelling

Take pilex Tablet, one tablet twice daily, after food and do stiz bath twice daily then apply pilex ointment.
Include more fiber rich food in your diet and drink more water.

U take pilex forte one tab three times a day.
Drink enough water.
Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts.
Buttermilk,enough water,veg stew,fruit juices millets drink are good .

Pilex is helpful in case of piles specifically.
It can help you in constipation.
But for fissure you need to take proper ayurvedic treatment if you are not responding to modern medications
