I met with an accident yesterday tt and painkiller injection and dressing done dr gave me MEGAHEAL gel to apply on it . Shall i chane it or continue

Continue using the gel is what you are asking? - yes - the gel will form a coating over the wound and help it heal faster while reducing the chances of infection. So plz do use it. If you are unable to change the dressing at home - Kindly visit your treating doctor. Also any increase in pain / or pus discharge calls for the notice of your doctor.
