Plz help wid d issue

Asked for Female, 26 Years

There is a lump on my back, it never used to pain but since yesterday its paining a lot n m not sure whether is it coz of the pimple or wt... Its completely reddish and seems its a big pimple on the lump bt do i need to be worried. I have attached a pic of the same.plz suggest.
