Plz help lil confused

Hi Sir, Please help Lil confused I am having body ache, leg pain, headache from last 3 days but there is no loss in apetitite or fever. Have already taken preventive homeopathic medicine for dengue. I usually have gas problems. . Are these dengue symptoms or normal viral infection.
