Plucking hairs -consultation not helping
She has been to multiple Pshyciatrists but none of them is able to stop the tendency of plucking hairs. Consultation/medication not helping much. Still she complains that it itches. This has resulted into big patches of baldness. Please suggest what's next.

The condition you described suggestive of trichotilomania. It is a psychiatric condition which can be treated with proper medication and psychotherapy. I don't see any reason why she is not getting relief with treatment. Please consult a psychiatrist again and stick to his treatment along with psychotherapy. Sometimes it takes some time to see the effects. All the best
