So I had sex on 28th and my paeriods were supposed to start on 28th only. I'm not getting my periods of this month. If I do, whether the 28th day sex be included in the period or will it not count in the period?

The 28 day sex is supposed to be counted in the current cycle as the first day of menstual bleeding is regarded as the first day of the cycle. What is your health concern?

One cycle is from start of period to day before next period starts.
As your periods haven't started yet, intercourse be part of your current cycle
