Though the Ultrasound says it's benign, it's better to get an FNAC done to confirm the type of cyst.

If there is no pain or fever at present , then Ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration cytology is required to detect nature of cystic lesion . The further management and treatments will be based upon this report. If pain and fever present you require a course of antibiotic, analgesic.
