I have been prescribed two medicines by a doctor. I have attached his prescription,please you see and tell me the actual name of these medicines that what he has written. Actually I am unable to read his writing clearly. After confirmation only, I will buy these medicines.

First one is shelcal, which is a calcium supplement, once daily for 1 month. Second one is zifol 12 mg, which is a multivitamin , once daily for 1 month.
