My left ear is paining from 2 days so I used hydrogen peroxide and a ear drop last night and then visited to ent specialist next day and he looked my ear and said it’s wax and removed it with a earpick like tool and wax is average in size but now it’s getting hurt more I am feeling fail he didn’t tried to take out the left over wax if present..I think little wax is still present deep inside

It is unlikely for minimal amount of wax to cause significant ear pain. Probably you have infection of the ear canal known as otitis externa. You may need to use antibiotic ear drops for few days along with painkiller tablets
