I took twice unine pregnancy test after 21 days of miss period AT NIGHT, and it is negative. I am worry about i didn't take morning urin, is it accurate?

If your periods are missed for 21 days it corresponds to 7 weeks of pregnancy

At 7 weeks pregnancy even night urine will show positive

Just to be double sure and rule out late implantation you can check again with morning sample urine tomorrow.
If negative start Tablet Meprate 10 mg twice a day for 5 days. You will get your periods after you stop taking the Meprate after 7 days.
