what are the symptoms do you have? please provide detailed history for proper diagnosis and treatment. in report there is infection in ear. it should be treated with antibiotics but provide detailed history.

Detailed history as since when you are having ear discharge , colour and smell if the discharge is needed .
For now a proper course of antibiotics , keep the ear dry .
Next Steps
If first line of antibiotics don’t work then pus culture sensitive antibiotics . Always get an ear toileting done before instilling ear drops .
