The MRI report shows gallstones in the bile duct (CBD calculi) which is causing a blockage. The elevated CA19-9 level (111.5) is likely due to inflammation of the bile ducts (cholangitis) rather than cancer. What you're seeing as blood in urine might actually be dark-colored urine due to jaundice caused by the bile duct stones Need urgent gastroenterologist consultation,ERCP to clear biliary stones. Sometimes delay in clearance leads to severe infection and can cause high complications...
