When i come home from outside my heart rate is 95-110 while lying..is anything to worry about...ecg n echo has been done n its normal...n my thyroid is 5.96...does my heart rate goes up because i get panicky n worried...?? Because i had acid reflux problem 3 months after that only i become panicky because at that time i thought i have heart problem...Before my acid reflux problem i was a very carefree person...i always have thoughts that i will have same problem when i eat and then my heart rate increases...
