Please help me i can't contact my doctor

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am not being able to contact my doctor... Kindly help me.. Today I used metrogyl Gel 2% after using it m having some white patches I should say the colour of my normal skin n the part where I use the cream the skin colour is not same...is this a side effect should I stop using it..
