Are you having any kind of lesion in ano-genital region ? If yes then from how many days ? Then only I can advice you to take medicine for this . Also we can not just rely on IgM hsv 2 serology . It's imp to assess lesion and proceed further with more sensitive and specific investigation for that . So kindly consult me on practo for proper evaluation and workup
