Please help I feel dreadful.

Asked for Female, 17 Years

I got Nexplanon about a month ago and my period was 8 days late. I got it on Monday along with nausea, vomiting, cramps, Bloating, diarrhoea and headaches. Normally my periods are 2-3 days but pretty painful, or so I thought. But this new thing has crippled me completely to the point where 4 days later I've developed anal fissures and can't eat anything substantial. Please help, I'm only 17 and I'm at a loss of what to do.
