  4. Please guide on my report. Cardiac pain?

Please guide on my report
I am attaching my reports kindly guide me for the same. I am having chest pain since 1 year and several times acidity issue. My chest pain radiates to area below my sternum and breastbone and even sometimes sharp stabbing pain in the upper left side. Kindly guide of my reports are okay. My hs crp is 10.60. Is it a non cardiac pain?
