My father age 51, has gone through full body check-up and in his report high cholesterol is detected and some other indicators also, so please provide valuable advice what should be our next step.. and is there is alarm for any disease and what should be solution.

He need to follow diet and regular exercise for 3 months. If the cholesterol and HbA1c doesn't come down start on medication.
