What does prominent at porta with distal tapering means? I am really worried please help. Also I am on GERD medication for past one year. Please explain me the meaning of that CBD part of the report.

Prominent means little dilated. But not SIGNIFICANT dilatation. Tapered means shape is not uniform. It may point towards early biliary anatomical anamoly. May need further evaluation by LFT, MRCP ETC.
