Hi Doctor, i have attached photo for your analysis.
Please check if it's really looking foreskin adhesion?
In flaccid state also my penis glans remain exposed. In erect state you can check foreskin tip has some redness and sticking to shaft. If i am trying to move it forward it again sliding down look like inner tip not moving and outer foreskin moving and sliding down.
My foreskin doesn't move back behind this point. Is this move backward till here only? I don't have any issue in erection but open glans causing problem while walking due to rubbing with clothes. Also while wearing jeans glans prickling due to zip. Also sometimes bulging of glans out causes discomfort.
Please help me i live in village town where we don't have specialist doctors. Should i check this to a physician, dermatologist, urologist or a surgeon i am quite confused.
