Put a cold pack, lubricants. It's a medical emergency. Go to a nearby hospital and consult a surgeon If blood circulation stops, the glans will not be salvageable.

Put cold pack, lubricants. Don't pull the foreskin forward. It's a medical emergency. Go to a nearby hospital, if present in the village only. Try to consult some surgeon on this platform not a pediatrician. If blood circulation stops, the glans will not be salvageable.
