Take immediate opinion with peadiatrician . Since I see you are from Jaipur.  I would suggest repeat the test from a reliable lab as the present lab is not considered reliable at our centre.

Hello, TLC highly raised, PLATELET COUNTS VERY low. He needs PROPER CONSULTATION for proper examintion n vigerrous TREATMENT. Citrus fruitlike orang NIMBU kiwi gooseberry are very beneficial. Papaya extract two times five ml. Absolute bed rest. Or approch ER FOR EVALUATION N PRESCRIPTION.ok.
