Very down platelets 17 u/l

Question

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Today my sister son plateletes count 17000u/l.and Hemoglobin 9.8. he is diet healthy all type of food roti sabji, juice, coconut water etc. I am worry for his platelets down everyday. Why do not increase of platelets. ANA test is positive.ANA is reason of down plateletes. Pl tell me. Patient admitted 20 days but no improvement of his health. What is reason of it's desiease.
