Hi, you have low platelets which needs evaluation. There are various reasons for low platelets. Ferritin of 70 is well within the normal range. Whether you need iron tablets or not, will depend on your hemoglobin. Hence you can consult me  and discuss more about your problems. Will try to help you out.
