I had undergone beard hair transplant in June 2018 and after that I got keloid scars under my chin, is it possible to remove the scar? Will there be any kind of mark left after the kelloid scar is removed? How painful is the procedure?? Kindly share details...

For keloids, intralesional steroid injections are a must for good treatment. The scars cannot be removed surgically as you will get a recurrence. Silicone gels may help, but not as effective as intralesional injection. After the keloid reduces, the skin won't return fully to how it was before, but there won't be any visible bumps or raised areas. You have to visit a dermatologist for further management. I see that you are placed in Bangalore; you can visit my clinic (please check my profile for details) for further management.
Next Steps
Consult a certified dermatologist.
