Plastic bell inside penis. Should i do?

Hi doctors , i have done circumcision 30 days ago,in my  circumcisionn case Staples and stitches are used , a small silicon ring is visible to out side after 18 days , silicon ring completely not visible to out side,but Staples are visible in different places in penis, i visited hospital,one anesthesia person removed stitches and pins ,25% plastic bell was removed what ever is visible to out side ,now skin  totally covered on the penis,small portion plastic bell only removed, plastic bell not completely removed,but plastic bell not visible to out side,there is no pain during erection, i visited to my doctor,he suggested wait 2 more weeks removal plastic bell inside the penis iam worried about this one please suggest what should I do
