Planning for pregnancy
Hi Doctor,
I am planning to get pregnant. I am 30 years old and married for 3 years now. I was detected with PCOS 7 years back but that was treated. I also have psoriasis covering my scalp. My periods are regular with avg cycle of 33 days.
I am on my first day of periods today with a total of 6 to 7 days of periods. I have been having unprotected sex since last month.
Also using vaseline petroleum gel for lubrication.
Query:
.Please let me know the perfect time for ovulation for me
.Is using vaseline a safe option, if no please suggest what should be used
.Should I avoid specific food items which can impact my chances of getting pregnant

Use I know kit for detection of ovulation and timed intercourses from day 10 of periods onwards With morning sample fasting urine

Avoid using vaseline dear, can use conceive plus or preseed instead

Avoid lifting weights and stress and dehydration and travel
