We are planning for baby from last 4 months. Recently I met gynecologist and did health checkup and my Rubella is <10. She suggested to have vaccination. But my worry is what if I conceive this month? Can I go ahead if I conceive this month? Please answer

You need to postpone trying for pregnancy for at least 2 months. Take the vaccine. It’s important because if you get rubella in pregnancy, it will lead to defects in baby.
