Planning for child
Mine is a consanguineous marriage. My first baby was born with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and we could not save her. It affected her lungs, brain and heart. She was normal in the womb and all the scans were normal. And she was 3.5 kg weight and looked absolutely normal. I had a normal delivery. during delivery, I couldn't push her and Doctor had to cut and pull the baby forcibly. She didn't cry right after her birth. And to our bad, she was left without taking to pediatrician. After 24 hours her condition was serious, only after that Doctor realized to send her out to pediatrician. We could not save my baby. Now this is 5 month without her and planning for pregnancy again. What could be the possible problems happened here and how can I have a safe and healthy baby. Please advise.

It can be because of difficult labour only. When baby doesn't cry these things will happen. My suggestion is from the starting itself go to a good hospital where pediatrician attends every delivery and with NICU setup if any problem to manage efficiently. Do all scans and tests recommended by your obstetrician. If you are affordable go to Rainbow or Fernandez in Hyderabad or any maternity centre with nicu setup. Hope this helps. All the best.
