If you had sex at 4 am on 3/24 and took plan b at 11:30 pm on 3/26. Are you still within the 89% effective rate? Also does the effectiveness change if you're fertile at the time of sex.

If you are taking tablet tablet within 72 hours then it will effective but 100% I am not sure because you are little late wait till 24th day of period confirm by pregnancy test and plan accordingly.
