Pitti uchhalna. Itches a lot.

Asked for Male, 40 Years

A condition called pitti uchhalna happens during the night time. Having thyroid problem. Taking medication also but currently left medicine as more than 1 month since last visit to the doctor for thyroid check. Is this happening because i am not on thyroid medicine currently ?
