Tingling, pins Needle sensation in legs and hands. I have been gone to orthopaedic doctor today.he suggested some exercises and precribed medicines which i have uploaded.
Wanted a second opinion what happen to me.
And is this condition Serious.

Hello, so do u get pins and needles sensation in your hands and legs along with back /neck pain then that is a mechanical pain in nature.
Getting such sensation is suggestive of having disc buldges in your spine which hurts the nerve.
Next Steps
Maintain good posture, avoid all those activities which gives rise to such sensations.
You should do physiotherapy treatment for this problem which involves your core muscle strengthening, perhaps it would reduce such sensations and prevent recurrences
