Pins and needles in left arm and leg

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I've been feeling discomfort in my left arm for a few weeks but since yesterday left leg as well. It's not pain what a feel it's a kind of discomfort and Numbness. Also I feel like they are very heavy.

Hello.. Well I would suggest you to get examined by a physician for it as it's quite possible that you are facing it due to this line deficiency ..I would suggest you to take vitamin supplements..please meet a doctor... thank you
