Which salt should be used on a daily basis. Pink salt or white iodized salt. Is the iodine quantity in the pink salt like tata good enough for an adult and children. How much salt should be consumed daily by an adult. Thanks

It is suggested to take 5g of salt per day , it is mostly suggested in older age group.
Excess intake can cause Hypertension.
Both salts have there own properties both are good. Pink salt has has less iodine quantity than iodised white salt.
