Pinhole sized blood blister on penis

Hello, I've had oral HSV1 all my life and unknowingly transfered it to my ex girlfriend and gave her ghsv1. We stayed together and continued to have sex. We're not together anymore. I've heard that since I get outbreaks from time to time on my mouth my body produces antibodies that don't allow the virus to spread to my genitals. On the under side of my pwnish shaft there was a pinhole sized blood blister I was able to pop. I also shave my pubes and have been masturbating more often than normal.
