Pinhole phemosis issue.
I am 33 and I have pinhole phemosis since childhood. I have no problem as such like pain or irritation which people often complain in this situation. I am married and my sex like is also fine. Only a couple of issues I feel, listing below. - Ballooning near glans takes place at the time of urinating (No pain irritation though). But as I read about it, that in future it can harm my urinary system due to pressure on bladder.. Is it true? - My penis doesn't look like normal, as I have never seen the glans. There is a very small hole at the foreskin opening and the skin cannot retract back, even with force. - I heard the only solution for sever phimosis is circumcision, which i fear to go for, as it's healing process will be long. Please suggest, do I need to worry and go for any procedure or should I just neglect it and let it go as it is going. Kindly advise.
